Nexcloud forms is pretty basic when compared, but it is pretty useable. If you want I can create you a login on my instance and you can take a look at them.

I use google forms for a couple things. I don't like them for lots of
reasons, but they are convenient and pretty functional.
Anybody know if NextCloud has something similar?
Ideally I want to put up a webform with a variety of inputs, then be able
to manipulate the live data on the backend. It doesn't have to be a
spreadsheet, but that is fairly functional.
