Quite a few ways. If you want to view/download images from various accounts there's 4kstogram. If you want to send and receive messages then there's igdm. If you just want to browse your timeline and view stories then there's instagram-web. 4kstogram works really well but its more for downloading pictures. The best way to do is use igdm and instagram-web (which is just the instagram website wrapped in electron). That way you can both use the instagram timeline and stories, and the messaging system. igdm is a but buggy but it gets the job done. All three packages are in the AUR.
