Hello folks --

Interested to know if the group could advise on what a reasonable yearly salary would be for a "Senior Linux Administrator" here in the Phoenix Metro Valley.  I have researched online and found a wide spread between 75k-130k ... that seems to vary wildly based on location ... hoping to narrow that down ... so I can see through any included "Cost of living" bump.

I did my own "back of the envelope" calculation and found "$106,865.00" may be a reasonable ask, but again, this was averaged with data from about 22 different "Tech Hubs" (Atlanta, Austin, SF, Seattle, etc, etc ...).

I have about 12 years experience with Linux (no Unix exp), and have worked in a variety of Linux focused jobs, but have never been in a "Senior" (title) role before, and I'm not sure what a reasonable ask is.

Right now I'm at $85k and would like to counter an offer, intelligently.
