In many different applications, I encounter drop-down
lists that contain invalid items that I would like to
be able to delete or in some cases rearrange the sequence.

Attached is one example that occurs on both my Android
phone and tablet.

How can I find where these lists are kept and delete
the bogus items and rearrange the sequence of some of
them?
