Boy do I feel stupid there's a long board and there's an expansion card is the expansion card that I needed to be plugged into it and I have no idea why I didn't notice that but well. Thanks for your help guys!

Are you sure you are using the right video connection on the back of the computer?  You might have 2 cards and the onboard might be disabled or nonfunctional.  If you only have one card and it is not onboard, you could try reseating it in its slot (open up the case)

otherwise it sounds like you have a bad video card.  Maybe you can find another to put in the machine to test

That does sound strange. The input setting is changed by a button on the monitor. When you press it, it should say VGA, DVI, HDMI, or whatever is available on that monitor. Did you see any of these displayed?

Make sure your input settings on the monitor are correct for the inputs. Also, try to use only one monitor until you get it working to make sure the graphics settings take. It'll also help troubleshooting, as you should be able to see the BIOS information on the single monitor if the input is correct.
