Well to be honest, WIndows updates always sucked because you constantly rebooted and it takes forever.  Unless you have a fast HDD but that's another story entirely. So unless you get into WIndows 10 it's hard to say what sucks about it.  Yes I prefer Linux over WIndows but that's my preference.  Now I know there has been reports of bugs in WIndows 10 that everyone is hopping on.  M$ calls them features or helps to improve security, well that's one groups option.  The whole taking information issue, well if you ran with someone has big as M$ that's kinda a given.  So first it depends on what you are doing and what software/hardware you need.  And second what type of information you are going to put on your computer like facebook you have to be careful.
