1. Hold down Ctrl + Shift + Del on your keyboard.
2. A new window will open.
3. If you are using Chrome, set your time range to "the beginning of time" and click Clear browsing data.
4. If you are using Firefox, select "Everything", place a check next to "Cookies" and "Cache", and click Clear Recent History.
5. If you are using Internet Explorer, make sure the first 4 boxes are checked and clickDelete.
6. Close and restart your Internet browser.
