Yes, I used to have a page like that attached to my resume, but people kept tossing it aside.

I called it, “Buzzwords In My Background”.

I was constantly asked, “What is this? Why is it here?"

FWIW, in my resume I have a 'buzzwords' list where I list EVERYTHING I ever worked with that I feel is reasonable to mention.  So for example my table said something like:


BUZZWORDS/Experience/etc (or something like that - I forget exactly the wording)


BASH   Perl  awk/sed/grep Linux ATE Python FreeDOS ssh csh cvs svn (subversion)

ClearCase  


And so forth.  Don't know if it helped or hurt, but at least I was able to list EVERYTHING that I felt was appropriate without having to have a 20-page resume.   And my job searching experiences seem to mirror the rest of the world (and sometimes  think I may have done better than 'average', whatever THAT means!)
