When I use Kodi I usually just use the app on my phone as the remote. Cheap, easy to use, and I don't need an extra remote lying around to try and find. Plus it locks so even if some wanted to change the channel they'd either have to get up or know how to unlock my phone.
Thanks for the suggestions guys. I found a decent arc-1100 remote on eBay so I'll order that after work.
While we're kinda on the subject of kodi, has anyone gotten an Amazon prime plug-in to work? I've tried a few with little success in getting video to play
