Do you really need a physical box? You can get 30 GB and 1 GB of RAM for $10/month from Digital Ocean. Full ssh root access. Amazon has a plan going with free service for a year - http://aws.amazon.com/free/. Linode has 20 GB and 1 GB RAM for $10/month.
