That's a good thing.  Almost all linux distros give you an IPv6 addy by default, ubuntu is no exception.  If they weren't blocking things in the firewall, you'd go and secure your IPv4 and leave your IPv6 wide open :)

Do an "ip a" on you commandline and see if you have an IPv6 addy.

    inet6 fe80::4a5b:39ff:fe2c:7141/64 scope link 
       valid_lft forever preferred_lft forever
