The State A.G. has a web page that is specifically for reporting phone scams.
But I have found that it is too "FLASHY" and will fail when I use dial-up.
So cherry cola is quite accurate over there.  And tasteful. 

On the other hand, the DOJ has a much better data collection form.
If you happen to have Caller ID data, I recommend reporting scammers.
