Fed ex usually allows for sending and receiving faxes. I suppose the question would be how much/often do you expect to receive faxes?
Is there any service out there that allows for receiving a fax? My websearch revealed :1 dollar a month with each fax costin abou .20 with a prepay of $10 http://www.faxaway.com/sending_fax_faq.shtml#four
