C19's are usually used for data center pdu connectivity, with 20A connections or larger. Quite literally we needed some for bigger cat4k cisco switches last week with a last minute customer change, and couldn't find one outside of going to anixter and paying ~$40/cable + overnight ship. If you can find a c20 cable, you can cut off the end if not 5-15p and replace with one from home depot, but either way it's gonna be a pain as these aren't common outside of infrastructure hardware.

I'd second the recommendation to replace the psu with a "normal" c13-style connector, if it fits and isn't an oddball unit.

Those are difficult to find. One thing you might consider if you can
solder is to swap the power connector out of an old dead power supply.
Even if you needed to buy a doner computer from goodwill, it would end
up being cheaper than that power cord.

Does anyone know a local supplier that would carry a NEMA 5-15P to IEC
