Not to be fatalistic, but you&#39;re probably going to have a hard time finding a university that isn&#39;t very MS-happy.<div><br></div><div>Installing on an external hard drive is problematic at best. I&#39;m pretty sure Windows protects against that. Licensing/piracy reasons.<br>

the pert i left out is if you install windows to the drive that has<br>
Linux on it. even if you re-size the drives to make space it will<br>
overwrite grub, and you will need to re-install and reconfigure it.<br>
alternative install win7 in KVM or virtualbox.<br>
