All my searches for a good book on Amazon and Google have either been several years old, or are out of print, or are of dubious quality. Just figured I'd ask if anyone happened to have a really good reference that students would appreciate, or if that one that I linked is any good (there are no customer reviews as of yet :P  )

When I teach CIS226AL in the  spring (it's the Linux-Internet Server class), I use the apache.org website and other online resources heavily. However, I like to have a good reference book, and so do many of the students. The one I have been using is now out of print, and the oreilly one is kind of old.

Is anyone here familiar with the following book?
http://www.amazon.com/Apache-HTTP-Server-Official-Documentation/dp/1596821914/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1321571177&sr=8-3

And can anyone suggest a good book on configuring and running an Apache 2.X webserver? Including virtual hosts, mod_rewrite, SSL etc.
