Install feel where the bottle necks are the tune accordingly. There is a tweak/hack for user space handlink that was talked about prior to being rolled into the kernel. That would be the first thing I do.
How do I do it? I'm going to be installing the system fresh.... might as well customize it!
Or is it possible when installing it from a CD. That was a stupid question! Of course it is!
