I'll see if I can contact some of my PHP students, but as most have only had the one class, I don't know if that many of them are ready for serious work....though one or two might very well be capable.

Hi all,

I recently posted positions trying to locate candidates for a php web developer position, but I am hardly getting any responses, either through plug postings or otherwise.

Can anyone comment on the market for php developers in Phoenix? Is it the local market or perhaps my posting that is the problem?
