Do you have to use Solaris?  You'd have more luck with Linux; Redhat is one of the accepted Operating systems provided that you use the commercial version.

We have a client who needs to create a system that supports Solaris on an i7 mini-itx Advantech motherboard.  All is well with the system other than the video is not supported which means they need a new video driver.  The board is an AIMB-270 and it contains an MXM 3.0 hybrid GFX interface . This is Solaris 10 and Oracle will not support this any longer but the customer needs to use it because it is government specified for security reasons.

Does anyone have this knowledge?
