First Tier meets certain requirements and is featured in memory sticks with lifetime memories. 2nd Tier doesn&#39;t meet the 1st tier requirements, it typically has a 1 year warranty. 3rd Tier is the lowest and typically has a 30 or 90 day warranty. <br>
