I used the c-cleaner on my wife's computer.  Her computer was almost not usable.  I was going to put more RAM in it.  Now it is fine.  What a great tool!

Unlike some people on this list I too understand how you could associate so little with windows as to not have a support structure for it. Thus, this being your only geek forum, would ask a windows question here ;)  Especially since there are a number of windows admins on the list.
