It's for my father, he and a few other engineers are starting a business.  So, basic CRM with document management and a decent dashboard are more then he needs.  Rite now he is not using any project management software since the typical scenario has them interfacing with whatever the client (or the clients architect) are using.

Yes vTiger is really nice; I think it might be the nicest in it's simplicity.
