Yes, Cisco phones can be used with Asterisk based systems.
We'd just need to configure them to use the SIP protocol instead of Cisco's Skinny protocol.
I just ordered a bunch of Cisco phones so that I could play with configuring them.
Otherwise they provision in a similar matter via DHCP/tftp.
100sq feet?  that's 10X10!  Did you mean 100X100 feet?
