You should see in /var/log/messages the keycodes that are not working:
Apr 20 00:00:04 pc kernel: atkbd.c: Unknown key pressed (translated set
2, code 0x82 on isa0060/serio0).
Apr 20 00:00:04 pc kernel: atkbd.c: Use 'setkeycodes e002 <keycode>' to
make it known.
