Someone walks by your cube and says "Good <br>morning...hey did you see that traffic this morning?", have to log it. <br>Not only this, but they are also (and they announced this to the <br>employees), actively monitoring the building badge readers and noting <br>what time everyone swipes their badges. Forgot your badge that day and <br>followed someone in? Better tell your manager or else HR comes asking <br>why you aren't in your honeycomb like a good little drone.<br><br>Supposedly, this insane time tracking is to help management "see what <br>everyone is doing", but with that level of detail, it almost seems like <br>they are flogging everyone to encourage folks to leave instead of firing <br>them. I guess too much information is better than not enough, but do you <br>really need to know that Joe Worker spent 5 minutes replying to emails <br>at
