Here is the latest turn of events - Yesterday I setup a transfer to 1and1 and today I get an email from GoDaddy as follows:

Dear Keith Smith,

The transfer of GODADDYGRILL.COM from Domains Priced Right to another
 registrar could not be completed for the following reason(s):    

Evidence of legal or other dispute such as a Court order, reasonable
 dispute over the identity of the Registered Name Holder, or an action of
 the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy.

Okay ... These guys are really starting to irritate me!

Sounds good. I certainly am not advocating "fighting" with
anybody, either. It's just a matter of taking a stand for what
is reasonable and just.

I think everybody on the planet would be shocked and repulsed
if godaddy tried to do anything to harm you or anybody in any way.
Such a misstep by them could very well prompt a mass exodus of
registrations transferred to other registrars.

Well worth exploring. Some "activist" might be very
interested in it. Or it might make a great BBQ grill
trademark name worth developing.
