I guess that is, referring to what it does when using
Windows XP?  (or, Vista?)
(A previous post in this thread suggested that YMMV
 from one Windows to another (the mention of "95"))
(top posted due to one toggle already
  in this thread, of bottom vs top -ian-ness).
