Oh, and yes Hans that looks like you should be able to talk to it at 2.0 speeds if everything about the device you are connecting to it are 2.0 AND hi-speed (not all USB devices are). 

Also, the word Enhanced in your

also usually is taken to mean 2.0 without even the USB2 right before it.  In M$ the Enhanced is one of the few indicators.
