If they&#39;re currently running Windows, you might try having them run <a href="http://www.download.com/AIDA32/3000-2094_4-10634930.html?tag=lst-0-1">aida32</a>. It&#39;ll give you a nice pretty HTML report of all of those things and more. You might also do a printout of device manager.
