Michael,
That mean your system clock is 100MHz and a 5x multiplier is being used for the cpu. Your ram should be 100 MHz capable.
BTW, I checked several pack rats and they don't have any memory that would woork for you. I will keep my eyes open.
lshw says that my hd is 38 GB and that my processor is clocked to 100Mhz.
It also says that the size of it is 500Mhz
