Just be aware that with the suggestion Josh offered, I believe
the boot
process will no longer offer to boot into Linux, it will only boot
Windows.
It would be more helpful if you told us what the messages on
screen say when
you try to boot windows, and what your LILO or GRUB
configuration files
contain.
