Interesting. According to the options there I should be seeing my posts. I did turn on an option to get a confirmaton email for posts but thta is gonna get old real fast. Let's see what happens.

I don't know about gmail, but it is an option of this list. Go to
http://lists.plug.phoenix.az.us/mailman/options/plug-discuss/lthielster@gmail.com
and log in to check your settings.
