I keep running across this software in the VA medical community job descriptions. Does anyone have any thoughts about this system? Is it tough to learn? It appears to be Open Source stuff, and does run under Linux, (or Windoze).

I looked at hardhats.org, and apparently it's free if you file an FOIA request.
