What specific hardware are your eferring to? I am not aware of a RAID IO card for that price, so can only assume you refer to the hard drives? Please clarify.

Disclaimer: I have never purchased from them so I don't have experience
with the support aspect. I have recommended them several times but the
purchase did not come to pass for various reasons, none of which having to
