Just saw it myself.  I'm looking into it now.

The main index.php file is replaced with the above content.  XTech
appears to be a web dev company:  http://www.xtechno.com/  *Please*
don't dump on them.  I doubt they are at fault.

All remaining files appear intact.

I'm on it.
