I saw this whole thread about an hour after Amazon dropped off my ET-3850 printer. Linux Mint detected it and all seems to be working fine. I had a ET-2750 for 3+ years and it too worked fine. The only issue I ever had with it was when printing multiple copies of a page, it would only print one copy, but that seems to have been resolved. *Daniel P.
