You need a vnc server, of which there are multiple. Try "apt search vnc". Google for a decent one these days how to install it. I never much like VNC, not much security to it. As much as it pains me to admit, rdp with windows is a pretty robust solution, and know there's xrdp, but needs to usually work with vnc, still lacks most rdp security features, and never had any good luck getting it all working.
