Thanks but you can’t hook Pringle cans to things like Fire TV Sticks and Printers. :-) Here’s the crux of the question: If you have a WiFi range extender with an Ethernet port on it (that may or may not work as an Access Point), can you run an Ethernet cable from that range extender to the WAN port on a router and treat that the same as if it’s an internet connection on a cable modem? So the extender talks to the distant router, then connects via Ethernet cable to the nearby router instead of a computer or printer. -David Schwartz
