There's a second binary in the same folder with a name like SweetHome3D-Java3D-1_5_2.  Try running that and it should start up. The web page just describes HTML's image map tag.  In a nut shell the map tag allows you to set coodinates of circles, rectangles and more complex polygons in an image and make them link to pages or photos when clicked. Running kimagemapeditor will let you just draw the circles, rectangles and polygons where you want them and then set a link to what you want to come up when clicked.  You should just be able to put in the name of the photo you want to show up in the link.  Then all you'll need to do is put the floor plan it's HTML file and all the photos in the same directory of the web server and it should just work.
