I owe everyone an apology, utmost Mike. My actions were thoughtless and
above all, rude. My attempt was to privately vent frustration to a peer,
which went wrong because the frustrations were based on ignorance.

Mike, I'm sorry. I am most certainly not the smartest (clearly) and I
forgot that no matter the skill level with anything I.T., we all start
somewhere. I also forgot an important maxim ... "be kind, everyone is
fighting a battle you know nothing about".

It was a dick move. My bad.

I hope you see the sincerity of my apology, as my hindsight reminds me how
hurtful comments like mine can be.

I really am sorry, and I hope we can both move forward from this, together.
