Ok now do a dig against your domain and NS.


dig @ns1.yourdomain.com yourdomain.com

dig @ns2.yourdomain.com yourdomain.com


Both should give answers for your domain. If not, maybe you haven’t setup your glue records.

I use one set of name servers on plesk/cPanel so i only have to set glue records once.
