Have you tried asking them to renew your current plan, or telling them you will leave if they don't ? Also, if they say go ahead and leave, hang up and call back and get someone else and go through the same thing, repeating until you get the answer you want. I find most of these reps don't care or don't know what they can offer you. When I had roadrunner, they would send me a bill with the new price for HBO, when I told them to cancel, they would renew the old plan. It once took me 9 months to get quest to fix my bill, 9 months to find the right person that knew what they were doing and that I was right. I'll bet you can get your deal renewed, or a better one. They really would rather keep you as a customer.
