This is interesting: I haven't been running apt-ge upgrade for a bit but
instead have been relying on the GUI Update Manager, 'mintUpdate 4.8.1'.
Today I wondered if  the GUI was updating everything available so I updated
with mintUpdate 4.8.1 and then opened a terminal and ran apt-get upgade.
Guess what I discovered. Teir were packages in the repository that needed
to still be upgraded.
