I thought I figured this out yesterday so I didn't send the question in
that I was writing.
Anyways, How do you place a variable into multiple places in a document so
that if you change a setting it changes it at multiple places? I thought
you should go to insert->fields->other->variables tab->set variable - then
you would set the variable and then you would <show variable> and it would
show the variable you had set. guess I was wrong. How is it done?
