why oh why is everything a hastle for me? even right from the start? I finally got joomla installed and I'm following the manual (thanks for pointing me in the right direction) from the begining and it tells me: > First, in order to build your web site you will have to log into the administrator area. This can be achieved by opening the corresponding URL in your web browser: *http://yourdomainname.com/administrator* Replace *yourdomainname.com* with your actual Joomla URL. > And I think, 'cool, this is just what I needed!' so I type in: *http://localhost/administrator* But get the dreaded, NOT FOUND, page. I'm sure me error is simple. What am I doing wrong? :-)~MIKE~(-: On Fri, Feb 1, 2013 at 10:25 AM, Brian Cluff wrote: > There is TONS of stuff about Joomla!, but here is a link to the docs on > the official webpage. > http://docs.joomla.org/ > > Brian Cluff > > > On 01/31/2013 09:39 PM, Michael Havens wrote: > >> that website looks incredible. would anyone know of a joomla tutorial >> they could recommend? >> :-)~MIKE~(-: >> >> >> On Thu, Jan 31, 2013 at 9:22 PM, John J.
