If it is a junction point, then the only tools I know of that can manipulate it are the SysInternals tools http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb545027.aspx Specifically The Junction tool: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896768 I'd recommend pulling down the whole suite, as there are other tools there that may help.
