I seem to recall we have talked about this in the past.  I assume ICANN is opening up new TLD's not just one TLD for one owner.

According to the article on Yahoo, anyone with $185,000 and a legitimate claim to a TLD can own it.  This would something like dot Pepsi or maybe dot mesa or maybe dot gilbert.

This could open a ton of opportunities such as brakemasters.chandler or even more granular  brakemasters.1234broadway.mesa 

What about something like ScottsdaleAuto.Insurance.
