Location for 07/22/2009 "W Side" meeting

If we want to use the (Glendale library, "Foothills" branch) room (the
"Hummingbird" room) that we used [free!] (there's that word again!) in June
2009, then we probably should request it soon -- (like, now).

I think I am going to (try to) reserve that room again, and then, if the
PLUG "W Side" consensus is to meet somewhere else, we can easily cancel (w/
at least X hours notice, where I think X is 48 or 24).

Any comments?
