Try to boot vesa or no frame buffer? To build a driver disk you need to simply have the drivers on media. You will be prompted for the path by the Installation CD. Choose NVidia Drivers by card and Os: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us If you can boot into a shell of some type (Fedora 10 generally support NVidia Quadro FX 3000).
