It works great with Mythtv. I bought it for about $80 from buy.com. At first I ran it with Fedora, and am now using it with Gentoo. One thing - I seem to remember reading in the mythtv forums at one point that the chipset had changed since I purchased mine, and that people were not able to get the newer ones to work with mythtv. I do not know if this is still the case.
